We’re looking for a Metrologist to join our team in Cranston, RI and help ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurements that drive our manufacturing excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Metrologist, you’ll be a key partner in maintaining and improving the integrity of our measurement systems. Your work will directly impact product quality and process efficiency, from calibration to continuous improvement. You will:

  • Develop and implement measurement protocols and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct statistical analyses, including Measurement System Analysis (MSA), to evaluate and optimize measurement processes.

  • Perform regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of measurement tools and equipment.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve measurement challenges and support new process development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date calibration records to support audits and compliance efforts.

  • Train and support team members on metrology techniques and best practices.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metrology, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in metrology, quality assurance, or measurement systems.

  • Strong understanding of calibration processes, measurement standards, and quality protocols.

  • Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from a recognized metrology organization.

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and methods.

  • Experience in OGP, Hexagons (PC Dmis), and GD & T.
