Appraisal Manager - Part Time

The Appraisal Manager will receive and process appraisal requests, serve as liaison between Loan Department

and external appraisers, and provide additional real estate collateral related assistance to Loan Servicing

Department and loan officers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Appraisal and evaluation orders
  • Appraisal and evaluation reviews
  • Submit appraisal and evaluation invoices for billing
  • Complete in-house evaluations
  • Maintain appraisal tracking sheet
  • Order external appraisal reviews
  • Order external environmental reviews
  • Assist Loan Servicing Department with collateral management, including bank owned
  • Represent Oregon Coast Bank in the community and generate business
  • Reports to the Chief Credit Officer, as necessary
  • Assure customer service is the top priority whether internally or externally, treating employees and
  • customers professionally, with courtesy and respect
  • Stay current on loan policies and procedures for the bank
  • Be familiar with the employee handbook and will be held accountable to the standards of conduct
  • and expectations detailed therein
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)


  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum of one-year real estate or loan/lending experience, preferably in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must possess numeric and verbal aptitude
  • Ability to handle
    multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision, exercising own
  • initiative and judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy of work a must
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Salary Information

$20.28 - $33.51 Hourly Wage
