Experienced and Strategic Executive Assistant Needed to Support Business Goals
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant to partner with our executive leadership team and help drive organizational effectiveness. This role extends far beyond traditional administrative support—it is a pivotal position that ensures alignment between leadership priorities, company goals, and critical initiatives.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted business partner, providing both high-level coordination and strategic leverage to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is a confident and adaptable communicator, a natural problem-solver, and a disciplined project coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This individual will play a central role in:
- Orchestrating deadlines and priorities to keep initiatives on track.
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration to enhance organizational alignment.
- Supporting process improvements and driving efficiency across departments.
- Acting as a connective link between executives and the broader organization.

What You’ll Do
- Executive Support & Strategic Coordination
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, COO, CFO and HR.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
- Attend leadership meetings and track action items, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
- Organizational Alignment & Accountability
- Partner with leadership to monitor progress on strategic goals and initiatives.
- Help departments stay on track by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams.
- Process Improvement & Operational Support
- Assist in the rollout and administration of new processes and systems.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management efforts and help drive adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Event & Communication Management
- Plan and execute internal and external events, including employee engagement activities and customer-facing events.
- Ensure communication goals are met by supporting internal messaging, newsletters, and announcements.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff to promote transparency and engagement.
- HR & Recruiting Support
- Collaborate with HR on recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar strategic support role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Articulate and influential communicator who adapts style to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Skilled at translating complex information into clear, concise messages that drive understanding and action.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Asana, etc.).
