Description:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Accurately write repair orders (ROs) with detailed customer concerns
- Present maintenance menus and recommended repairs
- Effectively overcome objections and close service recommendations
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Monitor repair progress and coordinate with technicians and parts department
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty and customer pay repairs
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Actively request surveys and maintain strong CSI performance
- Maintain a clean and accurate WIP with timely RO closure
- Follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines
Technical & Systems Knowledge
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred
- Knowledge of repair order flow, labor operations, and parts coordination
- Familiarity with menu selling and digital inspection tools (Xtime or similar a plus)
