About this position

Description:

 

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
     
  • Accurately write repair orders (ROs) with detailed customer concerns
     
  • Present maintenance menus and recommended repairs
     
  • Effectively overcome objections and close service recommendations
     
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
     
  • Monitor repair progress and coordinate with technicians and parts department
     
  • Ensure proper documentation for warranty and customer pay repairs
     
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction
     
  • Actively request surveys and maintain strong CSI performance
     
  • Maintain a clean and accurate WIP with timely RO closure
     
  • Follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or GED required
     
  • 2+ years automotive service advisor experience preferred
     
  • Ford dealership experience preferred
     
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes and manufacturer guidelines
     

Technical & Systems Knowledge

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred
     
  • Knowledge of repair order flow, labor operations, and parts coordination
     
  • Familiarity with menu selling and digital inspection tools (Xtime or similar a plus)
