About this position
Description:
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Load, unload, and move materials or supplies using manual handling techniques or basic equipment
- Support team members in operational tasks such as inventory management and stock replenishment
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or issues immediately
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and recycling to promote environmental responsibility
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals efficiently and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, equipment, and tools to uphold safety standards
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Prior experience in manual labor or warehouse operations is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to physical work environments
