Kaizen Collision Center is growing in Mesa, and we’re looking for experienced Body Techs who want real production, strong pay, and a shop ran the right way.
This is the East Valley — steady traffic off the 101, 202, and US-60, year-round volume, and no shortage of work. If you’re tired of slow weeks, half-written sheets, or bouncing between shops, this is your spot.

What You’ll Do
Perform structural and non-structural body repairs to OEM standards
Work side-by-side with estimators and techs to keep cars moving
Use modern equipment and proper repair procedures
Turn out clean, safe repairs you’re proud to put your name on
Who We’re Looking For
Auto body / collision repair experience (all levels considered)
Techs who want production and can handle it
Pride in craftsmanship
