Your Role as a Customer Service Representative:

You'll be the heartbeat of our agency-building strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Be the trusted advisor helping our customers navigate the day-to-day needs and insurance questions. You'll proactively introduce products and services that make a real difference. Collaboration with your teammates ensures smooth, efficient operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

Who You Are:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English -your language skills help us serve a diverse community (REQUIRED).
• Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (PREFERRED).
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service representative is a plus!
• A natural leader and relationship-builder with positive energy.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
