About the Role
We're assisting our client with hiring an energetic and people-focused Brand Ambassador to represent their company in the marketplace and ensure every customer and partner experiences their brand at its best. This role bridges marketing, sales, and operations — combining relationship-building with execution excellence.
The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable engaging with customers at events as they are ensuring orders go out accurately and on time. You'll play a vital part in promoting brand awareness, supporting growth, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Brand Awareness: Represent the brand at trade shows, customer visits, and partner events.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Content & Messaging Alignment: Ensure all communication aligns with brand standards and marketing strategy.
  • Social & Digital Presence: Support social media engagement and amplify brand messaging across digital channels.
  • Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and nurture new opportunities.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Gather insights from customers and partners to inform marketing and product improvements.
  • Internal Culture Champion: Embody company values and strengthen alignment between internal and external messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on engagement metrics, event ROI, and brand recognition.
  • Order Fulfillment: Support timely and accurate daily shipment of customer orders.

Salary Information

$45,000 - $55,000
