Position Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a Manager, Business Applications & Digital Enablement to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications and digital capabilities. This role is accountable for ensuring business systems, digital tools, and process improvements deliver measurable value through strong governance, effective change enablement, and high levels of user adoption and proficiency.

The Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of core business applications, from planning and implementation through enhancement and operational support. This leader will also build and develop a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving consistent, scalable ways of working across the organization.

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, enhancement, and adoption of enterprise applications, digital tools, and emerging technologies to improve business performance
  • Establish scalable frameworks and champion networks to accelerate user adoption, strengthen proficiency, and support organizational readiness
  • Maintain application roadmaps aligned to business strategy and manage annual budgeting to ensure technology investments deliver value
  • Oversee day-to-day application operations, including issue resolution, service requests, upgrades, and prioritization processes
  • Ensure development and configuration standards are consistently applied across systems and teams
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement
  • Drive team performance through clear goal setting, coaching, feedback, and professional development
  • Promote a culture aligned with organizational values, accountability, and operational excellence

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Minimum five years of experience implementing, enhancing, or supporting enterprise business applications or digital platforms
  • Minimum five years of supervisory or people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success driving user adoption and proficiency for new systems or significant technology enhancements

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Information security certification or relevant coursework
  • Experience with project or product management practices, including roadmap development, backlog management, and value realization
  • Seven or more years of supervisory experience
  • Experience leading organizational change management and enterprise-wide technology enablement initiatives

The pay range for this role is:
140,000 - 170,000 USD per year(Minneapolis, MN)
