We are assisting our client with hiring a Sales Representative to join their team. Our client is a leader in designing and manufacturing custom carrying cases and protective solutions for a variety of industries, including medical, electronics, and industrial markets. Our client prides themselves on providing exceptional service and engineered quality to their customers — from concept to completion.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven, assertive, and self-motivated Sales Representative to help them expand their customer base and drive growth in new and existing markets. This position is ideal for someone with an aggressive, results-oriented sales mentality — the kind of person who thrives on closing deals, exceeding goals, and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, networking, presenting, and closing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with purchasing agents, engineers, and operations managers.
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales
  • Strong closing ability and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results oriented.
  • Ability to travel is needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
