Part-Time Housekeeper

OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st Century retirement community committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming, comfortable environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team and work at Cumberland Crossing community located in Cumberland, ME.

This is a 24-hour per week position, scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (with some flexibility in days).

Position Summary
You would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout assigned areas while delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures all spaces meet established standards of safety, sanitation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide housekeeping services to each home on a monthly rotation to the established standards
Deliver excellent customer service to residents
Maintain equipment in good working condition
Monitor and maintain stocking levels of consumable supplies
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Skills
Proven working experience in a relevant field preferred
Ability to work independently and remain motivated
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent prioritization and time management skills

Professionalism with speed and attention to detail

Knowledge of English language

Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
