About this position

Description:
  • Assist with wide variety of customer services, including opening and maintaining deposit and savings accounts, safe deposit boxes and e-banking products.  
  • Proficient operation of a deposit platform system, which includes preparation of documents for opening and maintenance of accounts.
  • Working knowledge of deposit documentation and account ownership.
  • Assist customer with debit card maintenance requests, which includes but not limited to card reorders or closure of lost or stolen debit cards. 
  • Process wire transfers for customers. Prepare and process all documents required for the transaction.
  • Handle ordering of checks for customer.
  • Provide a high level of customer service; and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
  • Promote business for the Bank by delivering excellent customer service and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. 
  • May act as receptionist, switchboard operator and perform other branch clerical duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer and technology skills
  • Professionalism 
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred: Two or more years banking experience.
