About this position
Description:
- Assist with wide variety of customer services, including opening and maintaining deposit and savings accounts, safe deposit boxes and e-banking products.
- Proficient operation of a deposit platform system, which includes preparation of documents for opening and maintenance of accounts.
- Working knowledge of deposit documentation and account ownership.
- Assist customer with debit card maintenance requests, which includes but not limited to card reorders or closure of lost or stolen debit cards.
- Process wire transfers for customers. Prepare and process all documents required for the transaction.
- Handle ordering of checks for customer.
- Provide a high level of customer service; and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Promote business for the Bank by delivering excellent customer service and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
- May act as receptionist, switchboard operator and perform other branch clerical duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred: Two or more years banking experience.
