Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
As a BCBA, you will lead a dedicated clinical team in a center-based setting. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client care—from initial assessment to the celebration of mastered goals. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Program Design
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate the specific needs of each client.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training to ensure generalization of skills and open communication.
Identify families in need of additional support, such as social skills groups or high-risk behavior resources.
Leadership & Culture
Provide regular staff training, supervision, and actionable feedback to enhance client progress.
Foster a positive team culture rooted in fun, recognition, and professional integrity.
Maintain all necessary documentation for internal and external audits with precision.
Qualifications
Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Education: Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Preferred: Completion of the BACB Supervision and Experience Standards module.
Skills: Expertise in various ABA methodologies and the ability to use technology/software to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Requirements: Current First Aid and CPR certifications; ability to maintain all state and payor credentialing.
