About the Role: The AviatCare Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies that meet or exceed targets. This role will lead efforts to expand warranty and support, along with managed services penetration, enhance service offerings, and maximize upselling and cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.

The AviatCare Sales Manager will collaborate closely with many to align sales initiatives with customer needs, ensure competitive warranty solutions, and successfully secure new and renewal business. This role will engage with key customer relationships, identify opportunities to extend warranties and service agreements, introduce managed services, and provide market and competitive insights to inform pricing and positioning strategies.

The AviatCare Sales Manager’s primary responsibility will be preparation and negotiation of proposals, contracts, and warranty documentation, ensuring a seamless handoff for implementation. By proactively identifying new revenue opportunities and strengthening long-term customer value, this role will play a key part in driving sustainable company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive assigned warranty, extended service, and protection plan sales, ensuring revenue, margin, attachment rate, and renewal targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute warranty sales strategies that increase penetration across new equipment sales and the existing customer base.
  • Lead upsells and cross-sell initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, including warranty upgrades, extensions, renewals, and bundled service offerings.
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships by advising on warranty coverage options, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new warranty revenue opportunities, including new products, pricing models, and coverage structures.
  • Collaborate with varied departments to ensure warranty offerings are competitive, well-positioned, and operationally supported.
  • Responsible for the preparation, negotiation, and execution of warranty and support proposals, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor warranty and support programs to inform sales strategy and product enhancements
  • Track, analyze, and report on warranty sales performance, pipeline activity, attachment rates, renewal rates, and profitability.
  • Support continuous improvement of warranty and support processes to enhance customer experience, retention, and long-term recurring revenue.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Equivalent Work Experience 
  • 8+ years in Warranty and Services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to address customer challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Management.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency with expert Excel capabilities and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking opportunities and reporting.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Understanding of industry trends, market competition, and customer needs.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Ability to multi-task and to facilitate on-time Maintenance & Support Renewals
  • Experience with structuring deals and utilizing creative problem solving to maximize closure rate.
