A Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high standards of guest satisfaction in hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other hospitality establishments.

Requirements:
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
     
  • Change bed linens and make beds neatly
     
  • Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and amenities
     
  • Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
     
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and décor
     
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
     
  • Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks) to supervisor
     
  • Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies
     
  • Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
     
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
