Description:
A Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role plays a key part in delivering high standards of guest satisfaction in hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other hospitality establishments.
Requirements:- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly
- Replace used towels and replenish toiletries and amenities
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and décor
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks) to supervisor
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed
