Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medication Technician to join our team at our Senior Living Community. The Medication Technician will be responsible for administering medication to our residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician

- Document medication administration accurately and timely

- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication

- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding medication orders and changes

- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure they are up-to-date

- Assist with resident care as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Current Medication Technician certification

- Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures

- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
