Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused servers to join our team at the craft beer wall area on weekends only. This role offers flexible hours, making it perfect for college students looking to earn extra cash. As a Craft Beer Wall Server, you'll serve food and beverages while delivering top-tier customer care. Starting pay is $12 an hour plus tips, with the opportunity to earn even more. Some of our former servers have even earned enough to cover their bills and contribute toward tuition!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they feel welcome.
- Assist customers with selecting craft beers, explaining options, and answering any questions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor.
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the craft beer wall area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including managing tabs and tips.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.
