Caregiver Requirements:

• Caregiver experience
• Certification OR License
• Valid Driver's License
• Personal Vehicle
• Auto Insurance
• Basic computer, telephone, and smart phone skills

• Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Nursing Aide (NA)
