Guest Services Associate – Resort Property
We are currently seeking a Guest Services Associate to join our team at a luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work closely with housekeeping and management to ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding guest service and support throughout the property.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team and perform punch-out inspections for VIP rooms after housekeeping has completed cleaning, ensuring standards are met before guest arrival.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Support hotel operations with flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, especially regarding room inspections and VIP preparation.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
