Benefits Consultant – Remote
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually + 3% equity, monthly and quarterly bonuses

Meet virtually with clients (appointments booked for you—no cold calling)
Learn their needs, explain benefits options clearly, and help them choose the right coverage
Build lasting relationships through great service and trust
Keep everything compliant and organized—clean systems = clean results
Join weekly team calls and stay sharp with ongoing training
