We are currently seeking an experienced:
COMMUNITY OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE
Full Time
(Durham and Burlington Coverage Areas)
JOB SUMMARY:
- Represent Liberty Hospice at community events, health fairs, churches and other public forums.
- Provide education and presentations regarding hospice services to community groups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations.
- Distribute promotional materials.
- Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Participate in growth meetings.
- Work closely with the hospice administrator to establish goals.
- Provide reports regarding outreach efforts to the hospice administrator.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience required
- Prior experience as a community outreach liaison preferred
- Experience in community outreach, working with diverse communications and building partnerships
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in verbal and written communication
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Be available as required for duties outside of normal office hours
