Must be a US Citizen
You communicate clearly and professionally across cultures and time zones
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating remote tools and workflows
Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
Responsibilities:
Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve order issues, returns, and product questions with professionalism and warmth
Contribute ideas to improve support processes and customer experience
