Production Worker

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. 

Position starting pay is $20/hour - $25.15/hour depending on position

**3rd Shift positions pay an additional $3/hour shift premium**

POSITION DEMANDS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Have knowledge and understanding of all safety guidelines and specific safety hazards associated with position.
• Ability to be overhead crane trained
• Able to safely use and demonstrate the safe use of utility knife and common hand and power tools
• Maintain good attendance and a positive work attitude
• Ability to use basic math skills
• Understand the proper disposal of all chemicals and waste on the line
• Have knowledge of and use all safety equipment required for position

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure product conforms to the requirements of the Quality System and are acceptable for our customer’s use
• Ensure proper tools, equipment and material are in safe operating order
• Maintain clean work area throughout the shift
• Responsible for 5S and TPM compliance
