this role, youll provide supervision and guidance, support staff development,
monitor daily operations, and ensure services meet all policies, regulations,

What Youll Do
- Assist
with planning, organizing, and implementing department activities; serve
as department head in the absence of the Program Director.
- Participate
in developing and implementing program standards of care, philosophy, and
departmental objectives.
- Screen
and assign workloads; plan and direct tasks and projects; establish
performance standards.
- Coordinate
and conduct employee training; instruct staff in methods, procedures, and
protocols.
- Ensure
compliance with department guidelines, policies, and accreditation
standards.
- Provide
direct support to individuals served according to individualized treatment
plans.
- Ensure
all documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Foster
a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among
staff.
What Were Looking For
Education
- Bachelors
degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,
Counseling, or a related field (Required)
- Masters
degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,
Counseling, or a related field (Preferred)
Experience
- Three
(3) years of experience as a mental health rehabilitation specialist,
clinical specialist, or other professional mental health worker (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications
- Any
facility-mandated certifications and/or training (Required)
