We’re currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Install Technician to lead and support our HVAC install crews and ensure the successful completion of residential and light commercial projects.
Position Summary:
The HVAC Install Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and quality control of HVAC installation projects. This includes managing install technicians, coordinating materials and schedules, providing field leadership, and ensuring compliance with safety and code standards. The supervisor works closely with project managers and other departments to deliver outstanding service and efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HVAC install crews across multiple job sites
• Review project plans, blueprints, and job scopes to ensure installations meet design and code requirements
• Plan daily and weekly crew schedules and assign tasks based on technician skill level and project needs
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials
• Perform job site walk-throughs to ensure proper installation practices, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Provide technical assistance and problem-solving support in the field
• Ensure job documentation, checklists, and ServiceTitan entries are accurate and timely
• Enforce company safety policies and conduct regular safety checks and toolbox talks
• Train and mentor install technicians and apprentices
• Address performance concerns, customer complaints, or job delays as needed
• Track project progress and report status updates to management
• Represent Fulkerson Plumbing & Air Conditioning professionally at all times

• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• EPA Certification (Universal required)
• Valid New Mexico Mechanical Journeyman license
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, code requirements, and installation best practices
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in attics, rooftops, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions
• Proficiency with tablets and field service software (ServiceTitan preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Project management or construction coordination experience
• Experience with residential and light commercial installations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
