About this position
As a Scheduling Specialist at RDL, you will be crucial in assisting and optimizing our production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our team in various capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Plan and coordinate work completions at multiple levels, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
•Thoroughly learn and understand Expandable ERP software.
•Conduct data analysis and integration to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and production operations.
•Compile and manage Excel data for scheduling and production reports, providing accurate and timely information.
•Investigate the root causes of missed shipments and implement corrective actions.
•Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new software systems.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
•Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
•Educational background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in scheduling, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
Physical demands while performing the job:
•General office activities include sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.
•Occasionally required to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds.
Working environment of the job:
•Primarily an office setting with occasional visits to production areas.
