Field Supervisor for Hollywood/Downtown

We are currently looking to fill a Field Supervisor position in Hollywood and the Downtown Los Angeles Area. We are looking for someone with previous supervision experience and experience on various security accounts. For this position, Swing, Graveyard and Weekends shifts are a must. A Field Supervisor supports our operations team by performing on-site supervision for various accounts. A supervisor will monitor and write reports on guard performances, make post inspections to ensure uniform appropriateness, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes, while actively communicating with our operations team. Field Supervisors must also be able to interact with all levels of the organization, including clients. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and reliable.  

• MUST have an Active Guard Card
• MUST possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record 
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or business classes are desirable
• Minimum of 4– 5 years of professional-level experience required (Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military highly desired) 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
