Key Responsibilities of an Esthetician:Main responsibility of an Esthetician will be to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to our members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitudeProvide consistent and professional therapeutic services, to include Hiatus' five points of difference for all esthetic treatmentsMaintain expert knowledge from an Esthetician on product usage and deliver customized client recommendations thus achieving monthly retail sales goalsEmbrace and promote the Hiatus mission, philosophy, culture and high expectationsEsthetician is to promote to guests the health and wellness benefits of receiving esthetic treatments on a regular basis, and cross-sell additional spa services, add-ons, and home-care productsEsthetician is to build and maintain a regular clientele, while promoting member referral and guest programsMaintain a clean, uncluttered treatment room; replenish all supplies at end of shift and prepare room for next serviceRemove or restock laundry, as requiredClean and sanitize copper foot basins

Experience and RequirementsMinimum of 1 year experience, 2 years preferred in spa or med spa environmentemphasis on luxury, warm and friendly customer service.
Active Texas Cosmo or Esthetician License requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAvailability on weekends and eveningsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 10 – 40 per week
