Job Title: Brand and Experience Coordinator

The Brand Ambassador is the face of Innovative. This role is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions for customers, partners, and employees while supporting tours, events, tradeshows, culture initiatives, and day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, service-minded, and passionate about delivering a standout guest and brand experience. This role will be full time in International Market Square building from 8-5 Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet and welcome all guests and customers, ensuring a warm, professional first impression
- Notify employees of guest arrivals and assist with directions or meeting logistics
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming entryways, conference rooms, and guest spaces
- Provide hospitality and tours for walk-in furniture customers
Tours, Showroom & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate and support showroom tours in partnership with Marketing and Furniture teams
- Prepare tour materials, manage schedules, and track tour activity
- Assist with small furniture orders for walk-in customers, including work orders
- Maintain furniture sample library and showroom readiness
Events, Tradeshows & Hospitality Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and hospitality opportunities
- Registration, hotel arrangements, packing, shipping, and material tracking
- Manage RSVPs, ticket logistics, and attendee communication
- Capture attendee information and enter data into CRM
- Support event setup, execution, and takedown
- Coordinate and execute IMS visits, including tours, meetings, and events
Marketing & Brand Support
- Fulfill swag, marketing material, and rep requests
- Assist Marketing with brand-related projects and event follow-up
- Support brand consistency across all guest-facing experiences
Culture, HR & Employee Experience
- Support Culture #WOW and Employee of the Month programs
- Assist with employee activities and monthly engagement initiatives
- Help with internal employee seating coordination
Branch Operations & Facilities Support
- Order and maintain office, breakroom, and guest supplies
- Manage storage room inventory
- Identify opportunities to improve guest and employee experience
- Coordinate building and space needs with Property Management
- Support branch initiatives, CARE activities, and internal meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be in the office 5 days/week
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions to promote a smooth workflow
- Must be experienced with interacting with senior level management
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to assess problems and communicate solutions
- High attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Works well under pressure and achieves deadlines.
- Ability to work with detailed information accurately.
