What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Kompose—welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system
- Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, personable, and ready to grow. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
