ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and supplies before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a spotless and organized bar area, including cleaning surfaces, washing glassware, and managing trash.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, batching cocktails, and ensuring drinks get to guests quickly and smoothly.
• Receive and organize deliveries, rotate inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Uphold all health and safety standards to ensure a clean, compliant workspace.
• Communicate effectively with the team and participate in training and staff meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall bar operations.

• Prior bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
