Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, engineering, computer science, or information systems or ten (10) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
Recommend Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL v4 or similar based on Task Order Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for orchestrating IT modernization efforts, facilitating digital transformation, and managing multi-faceted projects that require a strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Provides day-to-day leadership for projects, effectively utilizing tools like MS Project and JIRA for planning, execution, and closure of tasks. Directs cross-functional teams to leverage Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform for container orchestration and standardization.
- Prioritizes transparency in IT project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with ITIL, ISO, NIST, and CISA ZTA governance frameworks.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across agencies, driving project performance, managing project costs and schedule, and mitigating risks.
