Position Overview

Ted Britt Ford Lincoln of Chantilly is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join a fast-paced, growing service department. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in the automotive industry and advance into a mainline technician role.

We are actively improving processes, expanding capacity, and building a high-performance culture.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
     
  • Conduct multipoint inspections with accuracy and integrity
     
  • Perform battery, brake, and light mechanical repairs
     
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
     
  • Follow dealership processes and safety standards
     
  • Work efficiently in a team-based environment
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic automotive experience preferred (tech school or prior shop experience a plus)
     
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
     
  • Willingness to learn and grow
     
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
     
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
     

We are looking for someone hungry to improve — not someone looking to do the bare minimum.
