This role offers full ownership of a well-run property, supported by a strong resident base and a leadership team that trusts your expertise. If you’re driven by performance, accountability, and the opportunity to shape a community, this could be the right fit.

Who We Are

At Targa Real Estate Services, we manage communities—not just buildings. With more than 150 multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest, we’re guided by integrity, efficiency, and heart. Our Property Managers are leaders and problem solvers who are empowered to make decisions, supported by a collaborative leadership team, and recognized for the impact they make.

Who You Are

You're someone who runs your property like you own it. You're highly organized, naturally driven, and thrive when you're trusted to make decisions and solve problems. You’re comfortable juggling leasing, operations, people, vendors, and reporting—often all in the same hour.

Time management is your superpower. You can pivot on the fly, keep your cool under pressure, and still have your weekly reports turned in on time.

 What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of your assigned property (or properties)
  • Lead, hire, train, and develop an on-site team
  • Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction with a focus on retention
  • Resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage rent collections, lease compliance, and delinquencies
  • Coordinate vendors and maintenance to maintain a clean, safe community
  • Analyze market data to set pricing and maximize revenue
  • Complete reports including AR/AP, budgets, forecasts, and leasing activity
  • Partner with Regional Management on property performance and strategy
  • Conduct move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and ensure file compliance
  • Use independent judgment to resolve issues and keep operations moving

 What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in property management (multifamily preferred)
  • Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, vendor relations, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital
  • Natural time management and prioritization skills (seriously, this matters!)
  • Proficiency in tools like RealPage, Knock, or similar platforms is a huge plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Confidence in resolving conflict and setting expectations with both residents and staff
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Get

  • Compensation: $80,000-$90,000/year
  • A team that respects your leadership and gives you room to shine
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
  • 2 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and paid sick time
  • Opportunities to grow within a stable and expanding portfolio
  • Autonomy, accountability, and the tools to make a real impact
