PRN Registered Nurse

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Complete accurate, timely documentation (OASIS experience a plus)
• Communicate with physicians, case managers, and leadership
• Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
• Identify issues early and speak up — we value your clinical judgment
• Help uphold high standards for care, compliance, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona RN license (required)
• Home health experience strongly preferred (but not required for the right RN)
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
• Reliable, organized, and accountable
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
• Someone who wants to contribute, not just complete visits
