Were looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join
our team and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and
functionality of our facility. In this role, youll gain experience across
multiple tradesincluding plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and morewhile
working in a supportive environment that values teamwork and continuous
improvement.
What Youll Do
- Perform
routine inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify
maintenance needs.
- Service
heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems,
troubleshooting and repairing issues as they arise.
- Maintain
and repair equipment, machinery, electrical fixtures, switches, outlets,
and wiring to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Complete
assigned work orders, including preventive maintenance tasks, and respond
to after-hours emergencies when on call.
- Document
maintenance activities, materials used, and time spent in the work order
system for accurate record-keeping.
- Test
and calibrate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure compliance
with safety and performance standards.
- Stay
up to date on industry best practices, new technologies, and safety
regulations through ongoing training.
