The Good Feet Store, America’s leading Arch Support provider, is seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team in the Orlando metro area, including Lake Mary, and Millenia. What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base hourly wage + biweekly commission, with average earnings of $55,000 to $70,000 OTE

What You'll Do:
- Sales Consultation: Educate customers on the benefits of arch support solutions through a consultative sales approach
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting client relationships
- Drive Results: Support your team in achieving sales and customer service goals
- Inventory Oversight: Maintain showroom readiness and product availability

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (Base + Commission)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday | Rotating Weekends
