About the Role
As a Golf Professional at Hawk’s Eye, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall golfing experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert instruction and guidance to golfers of all skill levels, helping them improve their game while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of our course.
You will organize and lead golf clinics, tournaments, and events that foster community engagement and promote the sport. Additionally, you will collaborate with the management team to develop innovative programs that attract new players and retain existing members. Your expertise and passion for golf will contribute significantly to the reputation and continued success of Hawk’s Eye as a premier golfing destination.
Minimum Qualifications
Certified PGA Professional or equivalent certification in golf instruction
Proven experience teaching golf to a diverse range of skill levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests
Preferred Qualifications
Experience organizing golf tournaments and events
Knowledge of golf course management and operations
Familiarity with modern golf technology and training aids
Responsibilities
Provide personalized golf instruction to individuals and groups, focusing on skill development and technique improvement
Organize and conduct golf clinics, workshops, and tournaments
