About Frontier Dental Laboratories
Frontier Dental Laboratories is a full service, multi-site dental laboratory that provides high-end dental prosthetics, removable dental products and implants primarily for the cosmetic dentistry industry. Products include full arch and multi-unit anterior crowns and bridges, veneers, single and multi-posterior crowns and bridges as well as single unit and full mouth implants.

A Day in the Life of a Scheduler
As a Scheduler, you’re the hub of communication between dental offices and our lab. You’ll answer calls, communicate shipping timelines, and adjust schedules to keep cases moving efficiently. Your customer service skills will shine as you build relationships with dental offices, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards we hold for customer service. Every Scheduler plays a key role in creating a smooth, reliable experience for our clients.

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay & Benefits
$19.65 – $25.30 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
As a Scheduler, you will:
• Provide exceptional customer service to dental offices via phone and email
• Schedule new incoming cases accurately in the system
• Coordinate case timelines and adjust production schedules as needed
• Communicate shipping updates and scheduling changes to customers
• Track cases, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor rush cases and ensure on-time completion
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication
Requirements
• Strong customer service experience required
• Experience working as a scheduler, coordinator, or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Dental industry experience is a plus but not required
