Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support of Finance Team for general reporting and analytical project.
- Responsible for on-time processing of invoices and payment collection.
- Communicate in English and work in Excl on daily basis.
- Provide timely and accurate keying of vendor invoices.
- Work together to streamline department needs.
- Ensure proper reconciliation for selected balance sheet account.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits and tax.
- Ad hoc.
Candidates must possess at least:
- Current studying Finance / Accounting.
- Communicate in English and work in Excel of daily basis.
- Must be detail oriented, self motivated.
