Registered Dental Hygienist

Complete Smiles – Mountain View is a family-focused dental practice seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Co-diagnose with doctors and contribute to treatment planning
• Deliver patient-centered hygiene care with professionalism and kindness
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Collaborate with the team to support practice efficiency and growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical foundation with willingness to learn
• Effective co-diagnosis and communication with providers and patients
• Open to recent graduates or experienced hygienists

Office Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Friday – Sunday: Closed

Preferred Skills & Interests

• Interest in expanding skills in laser dentistry
• Comfortable in a growth-focused environment
• Experience with Open Dental preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $43–$50/hour DOE
