About the role

  • As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll be the foundation of a young growing business - connecting homeowners with the floors of their dreams. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in replacing their flooring. This role is responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, educating homeowners on our process, and scheduling in-home appointments for our sales team. What you'll do

  • Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, texts, and emails from homeowners. 
  • Ask questions to understand the customer needs (rooms, flooring type, etc.).
  • Clearly explain our consultation process.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and confirm details with the homeowners. 
  • Maintain accurate customer notes and appointment records in our CRM system. 
  • Follow-up with leads to confirm appointments and re-engage missed opportunities.
  • Provide a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience at all times.  
  • Meet or exceed performance goals related to engagement, scheduled appointments, and conversations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age and HS Diploma
  • Professional and friendly phone demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable and driven to succeed
  • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in customer outreach or call center preferred (home improvement experience a plus)

The pay range for this role is:
21 - 21 USD per hour(Shared Service)
