Maintenance Technician

The Sand Creek Flats in Jordan, MN and the Bohemia Flats in New Prague, MN, opening this Fall, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintenance on apartment turns and other required tasks.  This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, plus on-call emergency maintenance as needed. 

Responsibilities of The Maintenance Technician:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Perform turnaround maintenance
• Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
• Additional responsibilities as directed

Qualifications of The Maintenance Technician:

• 2+ years of previous maintenance experience required
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well as a team
• Must pass background check
• Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.

Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
