Job Description:
The Director of Strategic Relationships will be responsible for building relationships and develop business in the Ambulatory Segment for ELLKAY’s Healthcare Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business development leader with well-established relationships within the healthcare industry; such as ACO’s, MSO’s, CIN’s, ASC’s etc. We are looking for someone that is honest, can open doors, and build lasting relationships on a foundation of trust. This person must be able to think outside of the box, and be willing to open new doors.This position will be a remote role, with up to 50% travel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Build relationships and become a trusted resource with the ability to influence Maintain a strategic partner focus to identify and lead the delivery of appropriate healthcare data solutions through the analysis of client needsManage a focused sales plan aligned with strategic growth initiativesMeet or Exceed annual quota Execute a full life-cycle sales process, including prospecting, presenting, and closingAttend industry eventsCoordinate on site client visits to further grow relationshipsQualifications:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development/partnerships roleExperience collaborating with and delivering results for Healthcare SaaS solutions Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior-level and C-level leadersDedicated to follow-through and resultsAbility to work independently as well as within a teamExcellent written and verbal presentation skills are requiredAbility to understand client needs and communicate complex solutions in a clear and articulate mannerMust thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valuedHealth care business knowledge, particularly related to technology, or the day to day operations of a healthcare organizationPreferably, technical competencies and knowledge relating to the evaluation of health care data and analyticsBenefits:ELLKAY offers a comprehensive and competitive benefit package that starts day one!
