Responsibilities:
Manage the forecasting process for all new launch SKUs per province and assist in driving alignment between teams to ensure improvements on forecast accuracyGather, compile, analyze, and report Marketing data frequently to forecast Marketing trends, market trends and provide insights and actionable recommendations. Monitoring and evaluating Marketing performance, Marketing commission, and Marketing budget.Collaborate with internal IT partners to deliver timely solutions, while employing workarounds to minimize disruption to business operations.Retrieve, review and consolidate monthly reporting of various financial KPIs to cross-functional teams.Day-to-day management of master data preparation processes, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of master data for +2000 SKUs.Develop, launch and maintain a Company Power BI Dashboard to monitor critical organizational KPIs (for example, customer sell-out, distribution, profitability), by integrating various data sources into one interface.Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources and communicate the results with management team regularly.Contributing to the development of Marketing plans and objectives.Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.Monitor and report Marketing projects ROI and provide feedback if need be. Help improve Marketing processes and Marketing operation.Assist in delivering and gleaning category insights from the various data sets available, ie NetSuite, Category Sales reports (commissioned or paid for data), future POS data from retailers.Make key business suggestions to assist in actions for the business and the marketing team.Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs to allow fortracking of (NPL) New Product Launches, performance against budgets, and various strategic sales initiatives.Work with marketing leaders on the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process andoperational KPIs, delivering regular actionable insights to improve performance.Assist with ROI analysis on various sales and marketing promotions.Liaise with Marketing, and Sales Management and Operations to guide revenue forecasting and own the analysis processes.Assist in breaking down the national budget down to store level forecast.Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support management in business decisions.Investigate and evaluate new processes, tools, and systems to improve reporting and sales operations.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of sales operations, processes, and pipeline managementProven understanding and ability to create and maintain data models in Power BI.Proven experience with data analysis, sales reporting, and performance trackingAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, etc.) with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Map My Customers, Salesforce) and data visualization/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teamsExperience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experienceExperience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plusFamiliarity with wholesale or retail channel operations is an asset.
