We are currently seeking an experienced:

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Full Time, Days

Job Description:

  • Sorting and distributing the daily mail, sending out checks and distributing interoffice mail
  • Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases.
  • Assist with entering invoices in Laserfiche, typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials.
  • Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval.
  • Saving emails
  • Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1-year office experience preferred.
  • Competency with computers, Microsoft Office and Outlook, physical and digital filing systems, and typing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and math skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Completion of some administrative coursework preferred.
