Salary: Up to $110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Financial Management:
  • Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise financial model to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly board materials for leadership review.
  • Manage bank reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Investment and Strategic Analysis:

  • Perform comprehensive investment analyses for aircraft acquisitions, project contract bids, and M&A opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform high-stakes business decisions.

Cross-Functional Operations Support:

  • Optimize procurement processes and resource planning initiatives.
  • Enhance inventory management systems and oversee supply chain evaluations.
  • Support government contracting projects, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on strategic campaigns and initiatives.
  • Oversee real estate leasing and project sales to drive financial growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, or operations, preferably in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools, including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presentation.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
