Care Staff - All Shifts
Grand Villa of Palm Coast is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff to join our team in providing exceptional support and assistance to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide medication administration and monitor residents’ health conditions (if certified med tech)
- Support residents with meal planning and feeding as needed
- Document and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction
- Work flexible hours across all shifts, including some weekends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) certification preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior care setting is a plus but not required
