Kaizen Collision Center – Brighton is hiring a Collision Detailer who hustles, works hard, and takes pride in sending cars out looking 🔥.
This isn’t a “stand around and scroll your phone” job. It’s hands-on. Fast-paced. Physical. And important.
When a customer picks up their car, the last person who touched it is you. If it shines, you win. If it doesn’t, everyone sees it.
We’re a busy shop right here in Brighton. Cars move every week. Work is steady. And we need someone who shows up ready to work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Washing, drying, waxing, and polishing vehicles after repair
Cleaning interiors top to bottom — vacuum, wipe down, glass, carpets, everything
Removing dust and compound after body and paint work
Checking for anything which doesn’t look right before delivery
Keeping your bay clean and organized
Moving vehicles safely around the lot

Experience helps — but attitude matters more. If you’ve detailed before, great. If you’re willing to learn and work hard, even better.
What You Need
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a shop environment (heat, cold, noise — it’s real shop life)
Strong work ethic
