We are currently seeking an AP Clerk who can perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable, billing, and receivables.
What You’ll Do
- Create, verify and process all credit card reconciliations
- Ensure that all documents are correctly signed and processed
- Interact with internal staff to resolve issues, discrepancies and missing receipts
- Interact with 3rd party vendors on occasions
- Keep a clean, organized and systematic filing system for all records
- Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable
What You’ll Bring
Education and Experience
- College diploma with finance/accounting related majores.
- Minimum two years of experience in an accounting and/or finance function
- Experienced with basic bookkeeping procedures
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess great interpersonal skills and willingness attitude
- Exhibit good sound judgement and proactive mindset
- Must have a problem-solving mindset and eager to learn
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Salary: $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience

The Hybrid Work Model
- Work Model: IW Group supports a hybrid work schedule. Teams are required to work in-office at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
- Work Environment: This role is based primarily in the IW Group office and may also involve working at client sites or other designated locations.
- Work Hours: Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.
Physical Requirements
Engage in a variety of activities, from sitting and using your hands to talking, hearing, standing, walking, and occasionally stooping or kneeling. Vision abilities required include close vision.
